recycle right ny — a social-first, education and outreach effort informed by more than 100 recycling professionals from across new york state. the major goals of this campaign are to increase recycling participation and reduce recycling confusion by providing the information and resources people need to recycle right.

during my time as a graphic designer for the syracuse university’s center for sustainable community solutions (su-cscs), my main responsibility was to develop graphic assets for this campaign.

the brief

create monthly social media materials for su-cscs’s recycle right ny campaign.
adhere to the brand’s visual identity and make the content easily digestible.

outside of the recycle right ny campaign, i also created outreach flyers for events, announcements, collaborations, and other outreach materials for su-cscs.
